Summerbook or Tatil Kitabi, by Seyfi Teoman

Another former student of the Boğaziçi Üniversitesi turned film director, Seyfi Teoman also studied in Poland with director Mariusz Grzegorzek. Summerbook is his first feature film after the short Apartment, Apartment (below). He managed to capture the attention of critics and peers and was acclaimed as a promissing young director. His second film, Our Grand Despair, another success, was his last one. Seyfi Teoman died tragically at the age of 35 of a motorcycle accident.
